Meet Carol

Background

Ms. Fredrick grew up in Sitka, Alaska, a small mill town with a population of about 5,000 at the time. She came to Oregon for college in 1979 and has loved it ever since. She moved to Yamhill County to work in a local law firm and ended up opening a practice with her current law partner. Ms. Fredrick and her husband, Terry McIntyre, own and operate a vineyard and winery in Carlton, Stone Griffon Vineyard.

Practical Experience

Ms. Fredrick was appointed as a Judge Pro Tem in 2016, allowing her to sit as a judge for civil cases, criminal courts, including arraignments and Drug Court. She also is serving as one of the defense attorneys in the Yamhill County Drug Court program. As a lawyer for over 30 years, Ms. Fredrick has litigated for the rights of hundreds of individuals in addition to providing compassionate, knowledge-based advice to clients.
